Now isn't he just the cutest little centerpiece you have ever seen?

The weather is getting slightly cooler, so we can spend more time during the day playing outside. Our days are so much nicer if we can spend at least 2-3 hours running around in the yard.

The other day Leah "helped" me make some cookies, and I made the mistake of letter her lick the batter from the blender. This is probably one of my favorite things to do. In fact, I often make cookies just so I can lick the batter from the bowl and spoons. (Yes, I know raw eggs can give you salmonella, but I have been doing this for more than 20 years, and it's just so darn good). Anyways, Leah would not let that spoon go. She carried it around for hours, long after every drop of chocolate was long gone.

She managed to get the chocolate pretty much everywhere.

 She also wanted to carry around her elmo just like I carry Elias. One of her favorite phrase is "Ima do it", and she says this ALOT. I took one of my scarfs and made her a little wrap for her precious little "melmo".

After holding elmo she decided it wasn't enough, and she asked to hold her bear as well.

My amazing and talented brother Zach came down to Warner Robins and took pictures of Elias when he was a week old. Here are some of my favorites, although I love all of the ones he took.
